Set Up:

Players work in groups of three, with Player 3 holding a plank position between the cones. Player 2 jumps back and forth over Player 3 as Player 1 serves him the ball. A variety of techniques can be worked on – the volley, heading, thigh and chest control, etc. The players rotate every 30-60 seconds.

Progressions:

Groups of four with two players holding planks.
