Set Up:
Use a short speed ladder with 5 or 6 spaces.
Description:
Part One: Step quickly side to side. Two steps inside, two steps outside, then move up one space and change direction.
Part Two: Start sideways on to the ladder, step quickly forwards and back. Two steps inside, two steps outside, then move up one space and repeat.
Part Three: Start sideways on to the ladder and step with your lead foot (the right foot in the video) first. Step right/left into each square, switching your feet quickly and moving down the ladder one box at a time.
Part Four: Moving side to side, two steps inside the box, then two steps outside the box, moving up one space at a time.
Focus Points:
