Set Up:
Two lines of shooters are set up on the goal line. Lines of cones extand out from the end line to the penalty spot. Shooters dribble from the end line to the gate formed by the two lines of cones. After taking a touch to get thru the gate, the players must finish on goal. After a shot is taken, the shooter in the other line can start his dribbling run. Players switch lines with each shot.
