Organization:
Field of 30y x 30y. Three teams of four players. Two teams play on ball possession, one team tries to win the ball back. The color/team that loses the ball should immediately BLITZ to win the ball back.

Attacking Team:
Don’t stand in the corners, move along the line to get open’ get into the corners. Receive with backfoot and open up, or split the defenders. When they lose the ball, collectively BLITZ. Yell BLITZ when you start blitzing. Don’t stop pressuring the ball.

When winning the ball back, one touch in transition. Try to find a teammate with a pass right away.
