Organization:
Set up two goals, using large cones. The shooter will need a supply of balls.
Description:
The defender guards both goals, trying to keep the shooter from passing the ball through a goal to the other attacker. It is the other attacker who determines which goal to play to by getting open and pointing. The attackers should be non-verbal during the drill, forcing the defender to read the play and react. The defender does not have to possess. He can simply block the ball or kick it out. When a pass has been blocked, the attackers play the next ball immediately.
