Organization:

Set up three large cones, 3-5 yards apart. Five yards behind the cones, set up a line of small cones.

Description:

Player 1 (the Feeder) passes back and forth with Player 2, who moves down the cone line, stopping between cones to touch the ball back. After Player 2 completes three passes, he runs to the cone line to perform agaility exercises. Two or three players run through the cone circuit at the same time, passing back and forth with Player 1. After 3-5 minutes, a new player goes to the Feeder spot.

Focus Points:

  • Striking the top half of the ball.

  • Passing to the correct foot.

  • Staying on your toes, adjusting to the pass.
