1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4
Explanation: Each team sets up as shown. The first player from each team enters the pitch and plays 1v1. On the conclusion of this ball the next player for each team enters the pitch creating a 2v2. The game continues in this fashion up until 4v4 (adapt for your numbers). Once all players are on the pitch, play a game. If one team has a ball at Players 1 and 3 then the other has a ball with Players 2 and 4. Let the players play, re-visit the 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 game as often or as little as you wish during the game.
Coaching Points:
1. Every player attacks, every player defends.
2. Re-start play quickly, before your opponents get their defense set.
3. Look to create 2v1's during the game.
