The next progression from Inside / Outside Touches (1foot) is using both feet and alternating. Here are some key points:
- Zig zags can be nice and wide.
- Sequence is inside right foot, outside left foot, inside left foot, outside right foot, repeat.
- Good athletic positioning.
- Focus on quantity of touches, not speed.
