Set Up:
There are ten players set up on a small field, playing 3v3 with two neutral attackers. During play, the neutrals cross balls into the 3v3, and goals can only be scored with the head. The neutrals are limited to two touches. On goals and balls put out of play, the Feeder re-starts play with a pass to a neutral attacker. New players rotate out to the neutral positions every 5-10 minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. See the man, see the ball. Battle your opponent for position and get goal side.
2. Call out who has whom, and make sure that you call out the switches as well.
3. When the goalkeeper calls for the ball and comes out, go to the ball and protect him.
Progressions:
1. Allow volley finishes.
