SteSet Up:
There are eight players set up on a small field, playing 4v4. Play begins with a pass from the Feeder to any player on the attacking team. From there, play continues to completion, with each team attacking the four small goals on the opposite end line. On goals or on balls put out of play, the Feeder re-starts play with a pass in to the attackers.
Coaching Points:
1. Always pressure the player with the ball.
2. Step up as a group when the ball is played backwards.
3. Pressure and cover the ball, balance the field.
Progressions:
1. Add a neutral attacker.
