Set Up:
There are three teams of four players each. Two of the teams will play 4 v 4 while the third team acts as neutral attackers on the end lines. These players are limited to one touch. The team with possession can use the neutrals or "bumpers" on both end lines. Coaches can make rules depending on the skill level of the players. For example, you can make a rule that at least one pass must be made with the bumpers before scoring.
