Set Up:
There are eight players set up on a small field with medium sized goals, playing 4v4. During the game, the two teams play without goalkeepers, and the attacking team can only score from a one touch finish. Defenders are allowed to drop all the way to the goal line. When a goal is scored or the ball is put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Always pressure the ball, and pay attention to speed, angle, and distance.
2. Defend by pressing forward or dropping back as a group. Be on the same page.
3. When the point of attack changes, the entire group must slide towards the ball.
Progressions:
1. Make at least three passes before shooting.
