Set Up:
Ten players are set up inside of the penalty area, playing 4v4. The attacking team tries to maintain possession and finish on goal. If the defenders win the ball, they can finish in the two small goals set up just outside of the penalty area. If the defenders score, they become the attacking team. If they miss, play continues in the same direction. When a goal is scored or a ball is put out of play, play is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. The attackers should look to get to the end line for setbacks and crosses.
2. Look for rebounds pushed wide of the goal posts.
3. Use the entire penalty area and create space for 1v1 attacking.
Progressions:
1. Goals can only be scored with a first time finish.
