Set Up:
Set up a playing field about 25 yards by 25 yards. The attacking team starts with the ball and all four attackers are inside the playing area. The defending team starts with one player on the inside with the other three waiting to come on. On the whistle, the attacking team starts passing the ball in a game of keep away. After five consecutive passes, another defender comes onto the field. The game continues until the defending team wins the ball, and then the teams switch roles.
