Set Up:
Players follow their pass around the circuit, performing the up, back, and thru combination as they move around the field. Two balls are in play at the same time during the drill. The players should look to play one touch passes as often as possible.
Coaching Points:
1. Check away from the ball and then check back to receive.
2. When waiting for the back pass, maintain your distance so that you can adjust to the pass.
3. Open up as you receive in the corners and make the next pass in two touches.
Progressions:
1. Limit certain players to one touch.
