Set Up:
There are 12-16 players set up in the attacking third, with attacking lines starting at the cones. The defender starts near the penalty spot. The Feeder begins play with a pass to any of the three players, and it continues to completion from there. When the defender has the ball, he can score in either of the two small goals set up outside of the penalty area. On goals or balls put out of play, the Feeder re-starts play with the next set of attackers and defenders.
Coaching Points:
1. Attack the first defender with the dribble, then pass off when he commits.
2. Use 2v1 combinations (overlap, double pass, etc.) whenever possible.
3. Make horizontal runs and fake combinations to pull the defender out of position.
Progressions:
1. Progress to 3v2, and then 4v3.
