1v1 Change of Direction
1v1 Change of Direction
Organization:
Set up two gates eight yards apart, with cones two yards apart and two groups of players. One group stands between the two gates. The other group, the attackers, stands eight yards from the gates. The attacker dribbles straight to one of the two gates and scores by dribbling through. The defender dribbles quickly to the gate and tries to 'close the door' before the attacker dribbles through it. The attacker constantly tries to change direction to get through the gate. Switch sides after turn.
