Set Up:

Five attackers play keep away from two defenders. When an attacker passes the ball, he must turn and run around a cone on the outside of the field before coming back into the play. When a defender wins the ball, he switches out with the player responsible for the turnover.

Coaching Points:

1.  Strike game speed passes. The ball should move 3x faster than the defender.

2.  Attackers should stay connected and be able to play in both directions. 

3.  If a defender chases the ball, look for the pass that splits the defenders.

Progressions:

1.  Add two players and set up a 6v3.
