Organization:
Set up a field 6 yards wide and 10 yards long, then split the field into four 3 x 5 yard zones. Place large cones in two of the zones (diagonally across from one another) to serve as targets.
Description:
The five attackers play keep away from the lone defender, looking to score by hitting a cone. The attackers are limited to one touch. ALL FIVE attackers must be inside of the zone before they can try and hit a cone. If an attacker loses possession, they become the defender.
During play, the attacking team is only allowed 5 passes inside of a target zone before shooting. If they haven't taken a shot by then, they must rotate to a targetless zone. Once in a targetless zone, they must make 5 passes before trying to move back into a target zone.
