Set Up:
Five cones set up in a row with colored cones on the ends.
Description:
Option 1: Two steps in between the cones, quick right/left or left/right. Change direction when you step past the last cone.
Option 2: Use quick steps to slalom forwards and backwards around the cones.
Option 3: Single leg hops over the cones, switch feet as you jump over the last cone to change direction.
Focus Points:
In the first two options:

Small, quick steps.
