Organization:

Field of 40 x 20

Three teams of 4; red, green and blue pinnies. Two teams play on ball possession (for example green and blue). One team (red) tries to win the ball back. When an attacking team loses the ball, they must immediately BLITZ and try to win the ball back. The defending team who just won the ball, must find a pass as quickly as possible; one touch in transition.

Coaching Points:

Team in Ball Possession:

• Movement as in W-passing, value the ball, be patient, keep ball possession.

• After your team loses the ball, immediately BLITZ. When you win the ball during the blitz ; One Touch in Transition.

Defending Team:

• Stay together, work together, work hard and attack the ball at the right moment; bad pass, pass through the air, when ball is on corner.

• When you win the ball, keep the ball and preferably one touch in transition. Value the ball.
