Set Up:

The two teams play 5 v 3 in the final third. The attackers play with three forwards and two midfielders versus the three backs. Play begins with a pass from the Feeder to the center striker (Player 1). The two midfielders run overlaps on the flanks and play continues from there. Upon completion, the attackers on the outsides rotate out.
