Set Up:
Two teams of four players set up on a split field. Four balls are in play during the game, and each team starts the game with two balls on their side of the field. The object of the game is to get all four balls into the other team’s half at the same time. Balls played out over a sideline are returned to the player that kicked it out. Balls played over the end lines are in play and have to be chased. A point is scored each time all four balls are played into one half, and five points wins the game.
Coaching Points:
1. Direct your first touch to the side, out at a forty-five degree angle.
2. Play one touch passes whenever possible, but use two touches when you have to.
3. Make an aggressive approach to the ball and strike it with the instep.
Progressions:
1. The players must pass to a teammate before playing it back over.
