Organization:

Two groups. Players in center and on flanks. Play an up, out, in, and finish sequence followed by a cross from the right side (two defenders defend). Players recycle and cross from the left side. Switch groups.

Coaching Points:

Attackers:

• Keep the field wide,

• Create a large triangle,

• Support each other and go for 1v1 or pass. What is the right choice?

Defenders:

• Put pressure on the ball.

• After winning the ball, try to score as fast as possible.
