Organization:

Players on the wing, and in the CM and CF positions. The GK starts with a roll, pass or throw to the CM. The CM passes to the CF, who bounces the ball back. CM passes to a winger, who dribbles to the endline and crosses the ball to the incoming CM or CF. Go over the left and right side. When the goalie makes the save, he/she opens with a quick throw, roll or pass to the CM and the next attack starts right away. Create a continuous situation. 

Coaching Points:

Attackers:

• Pass the ball with the correct speed to the correct foot.

• Pass from midfielder to the winger must be a leading pass.

• Winger must attack the endline and cross the ball from the endline.

• Runs from the forward and midfielder in the box; bent run from CF to first post. CM must end up on the penalty spot.
