Explanation:
The teams play two games of 3v3 on small fields right next to one another. On the center line of the field, the Coach sets up 4 cones for each team to use as a scoreboard. When a player scores a goal, he comes off to the side and sets a ball up on one of the cones. The first team to fill their row of cones wins.
Coaching Points:
1. Look for quick transitions goals off of turnovers.
2. Get all four players involved in your attack.
3. Create space by checking away from the ball.
Progressions:
1. If a penalty is awarded, players will get a chance to knock a ball off of a cone with their ball.
