Set Up:
There are 12 players set up inside the 18, playing 4v4 plus two. The two teams play 4v4 inside of the penalty area, with neutral attackers stationed in the two flank zones. The neutrals must stay inside of their zones, and they are limited to two touches. When the defenders win the ball, they must play it back out into a flank zone before attacking the goal. The Feeder re-starts play in a flank zone when a goal is scored or a ball is put out of play, and the neutral attackers switch out every five minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. Look for first time finishes on crosses and setbacks.
2. Look for rebounds on saves pushed wide of the posts.
3. Use the entire field and create space for 1v1's.
Progressions:
1. Neutral attackers can follow the pass into the penalty area.
