Set Up:
The teams play 5 v 5 on a 20 x 30 field, split into three lanes. The outside lanes are five yards wide, and the center lane is ten yards wide. During play, there must always be one player in each zone, along with a rover (red circle), and a GK. If attackers leave their designated zone, they automatically lose possession. If a defender leaves their zone, the attacking team is awarded a direct kick at that spot.
