Description:

Part One – Lateral jumps over cones.

Part Two –  Quick steps between and around cones.

Part Three -  Lateral movement between cones

Part Four -  Speed Ladder variations.

Part Five -  Speed Ladder with lateral jumps.

Part Six -  Single leg hops over cones

Focus Points:

  • Small, quick steps over cones and through the ladder.

  • Work on power and speed with jumps.

  • Effort and concentration.
