Set Up:

Individual players work continuously with a ball in a variety of set ups. Time: 1 hr. and 15 min.

Description:

Part One – Dribbling around the cones in a slalom pattern, 5 min.

Part Two -  Pendulum dribble (Foundation dribble) up and back between two cone lines, 5 min.

Part Three -  Circle all of the cones (3 rows of 3) while stepping on the ball, 10 min.

Part Four –  Sprint with the ball around triangle of cones, 10 min.

Part Five –  Fast Footwork inside the small box, 5 min.

Part Six - Dribble in and out of the cone line, 10 min.

Part Seven - Endurance exercise w/ball, 10 min.

Part Eight - Dribble around the cones set up in a small 'T', 10 min.

Part Nine - Dribble around the cones set up in a big 'T', 10 min.
