Set Up:

Individual player training with a ladder, cones, a ball, and an elastic band.

Description:

Part One – Work up the ladder - two steps in, two steps out. From there, slalom through the cones without the ball and then back with the ball. Finish with the foundation dribble back to the start. Repeat.

Part Two – Within the cone set up, run side to side until you touch five cones, then sprint forward up the middle. Walk back to the start and repeat.

Part Three – Within the square of cones, dribble from one side to the other, using various turning moves to change direction.

Part Four – Work sideways from one end of the ladder to the other, run through a small gate, and then sprint forward. Various patterns can be used on the ladder and the gates.

Part Five – Band work, using one leg at a time, performing various movements.
