Organization:
Groups of players on both flanks and in the center. All players rotate and attack and defend. Every attack starts with a pass from the center to the flank. First 1v1 is through the center. The attacker and defender in the center, recycle and attack/defend the goal from the crosses from the flanks. Rotate groups.
Variations:
Defenders start next to the attacker. Goalie starts with a throw / pass to the central or flank player.
Coaching Points:
Accurate passing. With the correct speed to the correct foot or into space.
● Communication: verbal, gestures, eye contact, and with runs.
● Take the defender on with conviction.
● Shot must be on target! Score!
● Cross from the flank must be pulled back from the goal and played towards penalty spot.
