Organization:
Field 24 x 24 with line in the center. Players cannot pass this line. Two teams of six players; four defenders online in center and three on end line. The four defenders with the ball try to get the ball to their teammates on the endline. The four defenders without the ball stay connected, put pressure on the ball and close the passing lanes.
Variations:
Turn this into a game.
Coaching Points:
The players stay connected while sliding with the ball.
1st defender pressures the ball and drops when ball gets passed to the other attacker.
2nd defender gives cover.
3rd and 4th defender take care of the balance.
Roles of individual players change when the ball is moving.
