Set Up:
There are eight players set up on a small field with small goals, playing 4v4. During the game, each team designates one player to play goal, creating a 4v3 advantage for the attacking team. The goalkeeper may not use his hands. When a goal is scored or the ball is put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Expand the field to full width, forcing the defenders to cover the entire space.
2. Open up with the first touch in order to see the opposite side of the field.
3. After winning the ball, create a numbers up situation with a quick transition.
Progressions:
1. The attackers must shoot within five passes.
