Set Up:
Four players are set up inside the grid, starting at the cones. Player 1 begins the drill with pass up to Player 2, and then follows his own pass. Player 2 plays it back to Player 1, who makes a one touch pass across to Player 3. Player 3 finishes the sequence with a thru ball to Player 2. After receiving the last pass, Player 2 turns and re-starts the drill with a long pass to Player 4, who has switched starting positions with Player 1. Play then moves from 4 to 2 to 1, with Player 3 running into the space to restart the next sequence.
Coaching Points:
1. Make one touch passes whenever possible, take two touches when you should.
2. Hold the run and watch the play develop in order to time your run correctly.
3. When supporting the play from behind, show yourself and call for the ball.
Progressions:
1. Limit one or more players to one touch.
