Organization:
Set up a field of 35 x 35 with 2 large goals on each side and cones on the outside of the field. Three teams of five players. Each team is in a different color. Players pass to each other. After the pass, the player runs around a cone and gets back on the field. Don’t run around the same cone every time. After couple minutes of just passing, the coach calls out a color and that team tries to score on one of the two large goals. The other two teams/colors try to win the ball back as quickly as possible.
Coaching Points:

Immediate reaction when the coach yells out a color, also from the team that has to score.

Collectively BLITZ.

Yell BLITZ when you start blitzing.

Don’t stop pressuring the ball.

When winning the ball back, one touch in transition.

Try to find a teammate with a good pass right away.
